For over six decades, ARD Outdoor has proudly designed and manufactured Canadian-made outdoor furniture in Toronto, delivering enduring quality while supporting local craftsmanship and domestic manufacturing.
Supporting Local Manufacturing with ARD Outdoor
In an increasingly globalized marketplace, choosing Canadian-made outdoor furniture is more meaningful than ever. At ARD Outdoor, we’ve been designing and manufacturing premium outdoor furniture in Toronto since 1964, delivering enduring quality, thoughtful design, and expert craftsmanship to residential, hospitality, and commercial spaces across North America.
As a family-owned Canadian manufacturer, our commitment goes far beyond aesthetics. For over six decades, we’ve proudly supported local production, employed skilled Canadian craftspeople, and partnered with trusted suppliers across the country. Today, more than 60 Canadian employees contribute to every piece we create, ensuring each collection meets the highest standards of durability, comfort, and design integrity.
Why Choosing Canadian-Made Outdoor Furniture Matters
With large international brands dominating the outdoor furniture market, independent Canadian manufacturers continue to face mounting challenges, particularly as evolving trade policies and tariffs place added pressure on local production. At ARD Outdoor, we actively adapt our supply chain to prioritize Canadian-sourced materials and local partnerships whenever possible, reinforcing our commitment to domestic manufacturing.
By sourcing materials within Canada and producing locally, we maintain greater control over quality, lead times, and customization–benefits that directly support designers, architects, property developers, and homeowners alike.
Designed for Residential, Hospitality, and Commercial Outdoor Spaces
Whether you’re furnishing a private backyard, a multi-residential common area, or a large-scale hospitality project, ARD Outdoor offers high-quality Canadian outdoor furniture designed to perform beautifully in our climate. Our collections balance refined aesthetics with commercial-grade durability, making them well-suited for both residential and contract environments.
A Legacy You Can Stand Behind
Choosing ARD Outdoor means choosing more than furniture. It means supporting Canadian manufacturing, investing in long-term value, and partnering with a brand that has shaped outdoor living in Toronto and beyond for over 60 years.
