Just had RCC repair and waterproof our basement at our Milton home. Showed up when scheduled and did the work as required in the same day. Great experience with this company. Will recommend them.

This is the 2nd time we needed a company to repair a basement leak from the inside. Don't know why we didn't call RCC the first time but thankfully, we called this time and are so glad we did so. DO NOT WASTE your time calling anyone else! We were impressed by all staff involved, starting with our first phone call. The Sales Rep/Consultant who came to our home to review the issue was so professional and took the time to answer all of our questions speaking in terms that we were able to easily comprehend. He is a long-term employee and started at a junior position and worked his way up which made him the perfect person to walk us through the process. Day of the scheduled work arrived and the guys arrived early. Once they started, they didn't stop until they completed the work. Very hard & impressive workers. We appreciated the respect they showed for our home & were very pleased with their workmanship. Their charges are quite competitive......so CALL! Hopefully, we won't experience another leak, but if we do, RCC is the only company we'll contact as the staff knows what they're doing! Thank goodness.

Great to work with! Our sales rep Daniel explained our options in detail so we can make an informed decision. Once all was booked, Darwin and crew showed up on the scheduled date, on time, and began their work. Didn’t take long at all and they left the area very clean, almost looks untouched except for the two spots that they worked on. Very professional work, and would certainly recommend RCC to others.

Great service and professionalism

I contacted RCC waterproofing and met with Ramy. He assessed the situation, did some measurements and assured me that a quote would be sent. I received the quote the next day, Ramy told me that they would be able to complete the job before the end of February. The job was done on time and the problem was fixed. Very satisfied.

I had a leak from the side of the house into the basement. RCC dug down 6' and across 8' and waterproofed. When they finished, they left the side of the house much neater than I could imagine was possible. I was ecstatic with the service.

Both of the fire table and umbrella that we purchased are of top quality, while being at a fair price. My purchase experience was enhanced by the knowledge and experience of the sales person who assisted us in the showroom. While the installation service crew were absolutely top notch. They were accommodating, professional, and did everything with great care. I cannot speak more highly of my entire experience with ARD.

We did a lot of research regarding our backyard outdoor patio furniture. We knew we wanted a high quality, modern feel and we found that with ARD. Not only did the quality of their outdoor furniture exceed our expectations, their customer service blew us away. Wayne Tunbridge was AMAZING to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and has awesome communication skills. He listened to us and asked questions to gain a better understanding of what we were looking for and then effortlessly guided us to a few different models for us to consider. His suggestions were totally aligned with our vision. We received the first couch and 2 chairs and were so impressed with the quality and look and the comfort, that we purchased an additional sectional and 2 chairs for our upper deck. We are thrilled with the look, the quality, the comfort and most importantly the exceptional customer service we received from Wayne. We ordered an outdoor rug and the colours didn't work out and Wayne was amazing. We simply had to bring the rug into the store and we received our refund for the rug. I highly recommend ARD and we are beyond thankful to have worked with Wayne and for his excellent customer service and for giving us such a positive and enjoyable experience when purchasing our outdoor furniture.

Back in the summer I had a flood in the basement. Daniel came out to see the issue and already had a team come to the house the next day. Daniel was truly amazing and professional and the work was done in a clean and timely manner. Thank you Daniel for solving the issue and thank you all for your hard work!!

my wife and I had noticed mold in our crawl space a few months back so we called RCC. Daniel came out to look at the issue next day. He gave us an option for the interior water proofing or external instead of just pushing us to the more expensive option. We ended up getting the external and when the crew showed up, on time may I add, the job was completed in two days and we've been happy ever since. The space was totally unusable before but we will probably set up a rec area now that it is dry after a few heavy rain storms.
