About this project
This project focused on designing and producing custom, durable outdoor furniture tailored for commercial settings. The daybeds and sun loungers were specifically crafted to balance style with resilience, meeting the demands of high-traffic settings in resorts, hotels, spas, and public spaces. The scope of work encompassed complete design, fabrication, and installation of daybeds, sun loungers, pergola furniture, and cabinets.
The process began with custom designs to align with the specific style and functionality of the commercial space, ensuring both visual appeal and structural integrity. Detailed shop drawings and engineering specifications were developed to guarantee precision and durability. Material selection prioritized commercial marine-grade stainless steel for its rust resistance and strength, ideal for withstanding outdoor conditions, including saltwater and harsh weather. Cushions were crafted with quick-dry foam and upholstered in outdoor-grade UV-resistant fabrics, providing both comfort and resilience against water, mould, and sun exposure. To enhance longevity and maintain aesthetic appeal, protective coatings were applied to the stainless steel frames, ensuring a durable and visually striking finish.
The project was completed with rigorous quality control, inspection, and seamless delivery and installation, ensuring a flawless outcome that meets the high standards of commercial outdoor furniture.
